Cancellation & Refund Terms
1. Once an Order ID is generated, the order can be cancelled only within 2 days (48 hours) from the time of Order ID generation.
2. After 2 days, the order cannot be cancelled and no refund request will be accepted.
3. If an eligible order is cancelled within the allowed 2-day period, only 70% of the paid amount will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be treated as cancellation, processing and service charges.
4. Refund will be processed only after the Queshift Team completely removes/deactivates Queshift software, licence and related access from the customer’s system.
5. After successful removal/deactivation is confirmed by the Queshift Team, the eligible refund amount will be processed within 7 days.
6. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to these Cancellation & Refund Terms.
